Replace scattered updates with shared lists people can check before repeating a job or reporting the same item again.
See what needs cleaning and what is done
ALFMAX cleaning lists show required, completed and outstanding tasks for each venue. Staff tick a job after completing it, with their name and the completion time recorded. The next person can check the list and see what remains.
Daily tasks and weekly tasks follow their own periods. In the current pub setup, jobs such as drip trays, bar mats and nozzles are daily tasks, while the weekly list refreshes after Saturday trading at 02:00 UK time on Sunday. Completed history is retained.
Management can review who has completed tasks. There is no supervisor sign-off step, and ticking a cleaning task does not change attendance clocking or wage calculations.
Report what is running low
Stock Required is a shared list of products, quantities remaining and optional comments. Staff type what is needed rather than choosing from a fixed catalogue. The quantity describes what remains, helping management decide whether and how much to order.
Everyone assigned to the relevant venue can check the same list before adding another report. Staff can update quantities and comments; owner or admin clears an individual item or the list when stock has been replaced. Clearing history is retained.
Separate bar and kitchen lists can be demonstrated in the current hospitality setup. Management reviews the quantities and decides what to order.
Keep each venue’s jobs together
Separate cleaning and stock lists help a multi-venue owner review each site without mixing the work. Staff use their own logins and the access appropriate to their venue.
For other types of organisation, discuss how the current lists fit your workflow rather than assuming a custom process is already included.
